Samsung Mobile Customer Service — Mobile damaged after giving for service | |||
Regarding Network issue, Samsung galaxy E7 mobile has been given to Samsung customer service, velachery, chennai. The mobile is purchased three months back and it has full warranty. Later they checked the mobile and said mother board affected by water, it may happen due to sweat also, so it won't come under warranty so we will charge 10, 100 to resolve this issue. But I rejected the estimation and I said I dont want to do it so please return my mobile, but while returning my mobile, the mobile not fixed perfectly, the upper part of the mobile is not locked properly, I asked to fix this but they said it will be separate cost, we wont fix at free of cost. They have not resolved the problem in mobile but they didnt provide the mobile atleast how I gave to them. This is very worst customer service.
