Samsung Mobile — Defective Mobile Samsung galaxy A7 | |||
Purchased galaxy A7 mobile on 26th June-2015, Just after opening the phone when started in the Samsung cafe itself come to know that phone is very slow and even it hanged twice. Immediately shown to Store manager and he updated some software and said to monitor some days . the problem continued and he has been informed the same on daily basis every time he said he will resolve it and asked to wait for some more time. After 10 days he said he cant replace the phone as it has crossed 7 days time and he is saying that he will get it repaired in service center Is it unfair that a brand new phone has a problem and now they are asking that they will repair in place of replacing? i had shown the problem immediately when i bought. I am facing below problem from the 1st hr of buying Suddenly some time phone gets slow with heating followed by screen gets dark and phone get switched off. Sometime phone get hanged and since the battery is non removable so i cant restart the phone and i have wait til battery gets drained.
