[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — defective mobile selling | |||
Hi i had purchased a mobile from samsung j7 nxt, its a defrctive mobile. After used this mobile 3-4 days issues found in this mobile. The vedio calling button is not making vedio calls and phone gets restarted in between the calls. Applicatio of the. Mobile gets stop. I had sent them the vedio recirding as they asked to send but not giving resolution. I had visited the service center and thye rectifye it for 2-3 times but still the mobile issue not resolving. I asked them to replace the mobile but thye are not replacing also not rectifyng. This mobile is running fine after reset all the setting of the mobile but this need to be reset every 7-8 days they are nit responding on email aslo. Can you please let us how they are selling mobikes in the market. Mobile model : j7nxt purchased this mobile frm the shop.
