Samsung — Mobile Display damaged by Samsung Update 4.1

There was an update released by Samsung ONE UI 4.1. It was a buggy update. Upon updating my device stopped working and display only a black blank screen. I visited samsung customer care in Gurgaon Sector 47. They said the display got damaged and your device is Out of Warranty now and it will be considered a chargeable service. But it happened due to update released by Samsung is not compatible with my device. So I need help to please they looked into my issue ASAP and also provide free of cost repair of my mobile device.
