Samsung — Mobile F41/ Motherboard Issue

This Complaint is in reference to Motherboard issues that F41 Phone is facing. Bought this Phone from Samsung Store directly on 18/10/2020 with invoice No. DE1MP[protected] from Savex Technologies P. Ltd., having IMEI No. [protected]. From last 2 days Phone gets auto restart and heats up on screen side. On meeting Service Center in Ahmedabad he immediately admitted that its Motherboard issue and is normal in Samsung Brand, In which Brand has confirmed that there is Technical Problem with Mother Boards. Also, it would be Chargeable to change same.

On this forum many other consumers and I personally find that there are many different company Phones that are being used but, none of them face maximum Motherboard Issues. Service Centre people clearly states out that this is Motherboard problem when phone faces restart problem and is very normal with Samsung Phones.

Now, this is second phone for which its same Motherboard problem and I think its company' responsibility to get this problem fixed for free of cost where its product are already faulty and admitted same by company on Social Media Platform. I already paid for 1 phone repairing and now same problem with 2nd phone is not bearable. I mailed numerous times to company for same as well but no satisfactory answers were recieved.

Please request Samsung Company to get this problem fixed.
