Maine 19 august ko sitamarhi bihar 843302 samsung service centre mein Samsung ka Tablets diya. aaj 2 September ho gya phir v avi taak Tablets mujhe nhi diya gya ha... Kuch diin mein 15 diin aur hogya too 1 month ho jyega... Saab part part khel rhe hai... Kabhi complaint kro too part nhi aaya hai sir... Mera iske kaaran time waste hogya hai.. Pls resolve my problem

    I placed a pre-order on galaxy buds 2 pro along with wireless charger from the Samsung shop app order no.-[protected] on 21st August 2022. Though the app showed that I received a cashback of Rs 3000, I was charged a full total amount of Rs 17999 for my buds and Rs 499 for the charger amounting to Rs 18498. Hence I cancelled the order hoping to get the proper refund within the pre-order offer time and be able to re order it again for th proper price. But all I have ever got until now is a partial refund of Rs 499 for my wireless charger. The major bulk amount of Rs 17999 hasn't been refunded yet as of today 2nd September 2022 which is already 11 days since I ordered. Not only did I miss the pre order offer for the buds but also I am quite devastated because that's quite a lot of money still stuck somewhere. My faith in Samsung support is wavering because even after numerous calls and emails there has been no solution and I am feeling hopeless. Please look into this matter from your side I beg you.

        I have Samsung M31 mobile suddenly it hangs for few seconds and get restart. I had visited your Service Centre, they told me that its motherboard needs to be replaced and it will cost Rs.7200/-, which is too high. I am ready to pay repair charges but it must be reasonable enough....

        Hello Everyone,

        Want to share my experience with Samsung Product and its Store Vendor,
        which really shocked me. The way Samsung Service people, Vegas Mall
        Dwarka - New Delhi, responded to my queries was not just rude but also
        unprofessional.

        First of all, let me tell you the issue, I am having in my Samsung
        ZFlip 3, which I bought this year in January.

        There are 2 issues with my phone.
        1) I am facing lot of slowness, although I have downloaded the latest
        updates. Also, the battery backup is comparably low.
        2) This is the main issue:
        I can see there is an air bubble on the inner screen of the phone.
        No damage, Never fell in the water, Have all the screen protection,
        still how that bubble comes up not sure.
        I purchased this phone this year only and also paid an extra amount
        for mobile cover and full mobile damage protection. When I took the
        phone to the Samsung service center, the response which I got from
        there was completely ABSURD. They were asking me to courier the phone
        to a different Samsung service center.

        I used to have iPhone and before going for Samsung I was thinking for
        iphone only. The one of the most important thing which make iPhone
        world's best device is their customer reach and their services.
        Not expecting similar replacement service which Apple is providing but
        at least Samsung should take the issue gracefully and try to resolve
        it rather than saying we cannot do anything now you should call or
        mail to the company.

        I talked to customer care agent as well and he was saying that I need
        to pay extra amount to resolve this issue.
        I am seriously not getting, why did no one tell me these things when I
        was purchasing this item? It's hardly 8 months and I got this issue
        besides that I have paid an extra amount for accident damage
        protection still you people want me to pay again, really shocking
        again :0

        Few Advice:

        1) Please, never cheat your customer, if you lose the trust and faith
        of the customer, no one will going to buy anything.
        2) Your customer agent should always be proactive while helping
        customer rather then moving them from one store to another and instead
        of providing them solution, asking them to contact to the company.
        3) You should keep on upgrading your policies: Not sure my problem
        will fall in which category. However, I can only tell you its max 8
        months and I have damage protection as well, now company should give
        me a replacement set here, as their other competitors such as iPhone
        gives.
        4) Although now I don't have any expectation from Samsung, I already
        learned the lesson :). I will definitely keep this in mind before
        going with Samsung products.

            I bought one samsung m31 phone (6 gb ram, 128gb internal storage) from
            amazon on[protected].Presently my phone did not start and stuck in
            boot screen and now after checking my phone, samsung technician said
            that it is a motherboard problem and required Rs. 7030, but almost every samsung M series phone having the same issue.
            So my kind request to you please look into this matter and help me out
            from this problem.

              I am writing with my dissatisfaction with the quality & after sales service of my S20 plus purchase.
              I bought thee phone in March 2021 and it has developed a screen issue with 2 green lines on my screen rendering it unusable. This is a manufacturing defect which is acknowledged by them n they are providing a 1 time screen replacement for it too. However, they have refused to fix my phone until i pay them 15, 000Rs. This is because they have found other dents in it. It is a 1.5 yr old phone n i acknowledge the wear and tear and i am happy to live with it but i am not willing to pay 15k for the green lines which isnt my fault. Due to the manufacturing defect i am not even getting any value for a resale.
              I wrote to Samsung about it numerous times to their servicehead and CEO team but they kept repeating the company policy to me and provided no compensation or support.
              Hoping you can help mee out in getting justice for this buy so i can continue to use the hone i paid for without any unnecessary financial impact.

                I had bought the watch and whilst usage, noticed screen burn-in issue. Took it to the service center and they noticed the issue and issued DOA. I had to get a replacement, instead got refund. Raised this with CEO Email 4 times and haven't got a response, neither the right amount of calls to get this resolved. Rather this stays the way it is. Even the customer care number is of no use as they don't provide a proper response. Shocked to know that Samsung CEO email portal is just for show and fake and doesn't provide proper resolutions. Please issue the refund and I'm expecting a compensation for all the sufferings I've been through when the issue wasn't even my fault and I'm suffering here.

                  The issue was with the television's display . The complaint was raised on August 13th, 2022 by contacting customer care. Though the complaint was raised within the warranty period, no action was taken.
                  Need to resolve this as quickly as possible as it has been so many days raised a complaint.

                    I have ac of made year 2015, and I booked request for its service and after 2-3days the person came and told during the service that ur ac some of the internal part is to be changed, so we agreed and after that when that particular part arrived it was damaged so I refused for it, he told sorry and again book for the same then again the part came and it was different part of different model..
                    So he again booked same and then he went after that day no msg from samsung Or no msg or call from that person he also took 650+550 from us and told I will come back keeping my unit lying down on the floor, but 3months have been passed but no response from the mechanic or from samsung.

                            My Samsung M31 8GB RAM 128GB ROM, was working great up until recent August. I updated my phone's software and after that my phone started facing this issue of constant on and off cycle automatically.
                            It is really tiresome and saddening as we spend a lot of time and hard earned money on shortlisting and buying a new phone, with great reputation in Market as of Samsung, thinking we will be free from any worries and tension regarding our phone for atleast a good period of time, but then this issue occurs.. and it has not been 1.5 years yet from the date of purchase..
                            Kindly help me with this issue.. as it is because of a software update I'm facing this issue.. i would really hope that this problem will get fixed without costing me any charges as the damage was from the company's side because of the faulty software update that caused this problem..

                              I have purchased Samsung M31s 2 years ago with a hope that, Samsung is good brand and trusted company. I got very big disappointment from a company like Samsung. The device keeps freezing and restarting after every 5-10 minutes. This all started after last software update provided by Samsung.

                              I went to service center. Service center people told motherboard damaged due to installing updates (Which are provided by the Samsung itself) and I need to pay 8500 /- for motherboard replacement.

                              I will recommend don't buy Samsung mobiles ever in life even if you get in free. It's lot of frustration even after paying more money than other brands.

                              I request Samsung people don't loot people's hard earned money. If you can't provide stable software updates then don't provide. Middle class people can't afford to change phones every year or pay 8-10K every year to repair the phone which is not damaged by themselves.

                                I have purchased Samsung F41 mobile in Jan 2021. From May 2022 this phone is not working properly, it automatically restarts.
                                I have contacted the Samsung service center and they said that it is a motherboard issue and the repair/replacement service is not free of cost.
                                Many users of this model of mobile are facing the issue.
                                It is the responsibility of Samsung to replace the mobiles free of cost.

                                  It was expected to delivered on 27th August as per Samsung shop confirmation, But package is not traceable and not reached to destination.
                                  Last status shown on 24th August at 1:25AM.
                                  I called many times to Samsung customer care but yet to get updates on product and it's delivery.
                                  Not sure how to proceed on this.

                                    Samsung M51 device screen issue

                                    I bought samsung M51 in 2020 and recently since last 7 days suddenly phone is facing flickering issues. the screen has turned pale yellow and at night it turns green. I am unable to use my phone or view anything cus of these ugly colors on the screen. I have checked every settings and had factory reset my phone but the issue persists. I contacted customer service centre and they said its a damaged display but I came across youtube and twitter...

                                    After 15-18 months of my Samsung phone uses, I started facing hanging and restarting issue. When I visited nearest service center in Pune, I came to know this is mother board issue and its very common with M series phone where after year o[censored]se most of the phone has mother board issue. I did some internet search and found this was really a big issue with this series, where customer starts struggling after an year. Even this came in one of the article's in Time of India. Samsung is a well known brand and customer have faith on their brand value. If this is an issue with most of the phone in this series it's clearly a manufacturing defect and brand should replace mother board free of cost. Same thing I discussed with samsung care executive on call on 25th July 2022 and they told me to submit phone in service center and my board will get replaced, but there should not be any physical damage with phone. I did what they told me to do, I submitted my phone on 26th. Very next day I got confirmation that my phone has been repaired and amount payable is 0. But when I went to collect my phone I came to know, status was updated just to close my case, the phone has not been repaired and I have to pay 7500 for mother board. I was shocked. I escalated the issue on Samsung CEO portal, and now they are offering me 25% discount on repair and asking me to pay 5500. My question is, if my phone was not repaired they why did status came as "Repaired" and got an "SMS" for 0 payable amount.

                                    No one is responding on email now and my phone is in service centre. I dont understand which kind of practice of this. I want my phone to be repaired free of cost since this is a manufacturing defect also, there was a communication from them that my phone was repaired.
