purchased a mobile on 10th month of 2015 and from the 3rd day of purchase i am not able to receive calls nor call from my side and later i went to the customer service center and one of the executive said that my mobile phone had mother board problem and even after replacing the board i am facing the same problem.I request you to resolve the issue or try to give me a new handset replacement.for your ready reference pls find the latest job sheet scan copy attached and help me in sorting the issue on top priority.
