Samsung — mobile GT-S5282 - not replacing the mobile as it is in warranty period | |||
i had bought new Samsung mobile GT-S5282. within one day from the date of purchase its touch screen&netowrk stops working properly. when i go to samsung service station mobile arena(howrah). they denied to replace it and require it. So if i buy product and it does not funtioning properly and i have to put it for atleast 15 days for repair then SAMSUNG should not lunch such dilapidated product. there is no right to cheat the consumers.
