[Resolved] Samsung — Mobile hanging | |||
I own a Samsung Galaxy S4 close to two and half months now. I am not satisfied with my device performance right from the 2nd week after I bought it. I have been facing frequent device shutdowns. Worst thing is when the device hangs without responding to any of my inputs for 15 to 20 minutes. This happens mostly when I try to attend a call or make a call or when I try to connect to internet. Then the phone doesn’t respond for any inputs for 15 – 20 minutes. If I could not use such basic features in a 40K device then what is the point in owning it? Hope you people understand my concern and do the needful to get this fixed in my device. Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought my Galaxy Grand Neo Plus mobile on Feb 17 2015.
1. Within two months phone started hanging. Can say more than 7-8 times a day. What would be the problem. I am fed up with it.
