This is with reference to above mentioned subject i would to express my dissatisfaction with Samsung product & Customer support. I bought Samsung Galaxy M31S in the month of Sep 2020. On Jan 2022 i contacted Samsung customer support to to clarify few details on the Dialled list.
Customer support took control from Smart tutor and did some changes and suggested to reset the setting from General management option, after that my mobile started restarting many times. This issue caused due do Customer support so i sent mail to service head and CEO mail box, after that i got call from support team and they mentioned to contact service centre.
Based on the suggestion from support team i visited service centre and handed over my mobile to service centre, they update the software and told to monitor the mobile. I monitored mobile for 24 hours but issue was not rectified.
Again i checked with Samsung support team, they told to handover my mobile to service centre again.
After 2 week they are mentioning that they will give discount instead of free service & repair, though warranty lapsed, before connecting customer support my mobile was working absolutely good. After that call, issue started, this issue created from customer support.
I strongly believe its a scam from Samsung company to change the motherboard and make money. They are cheating public.
How motherboard issue will occur after the Customer support call?
Now support team is denying to send the complete details of the issue via email and also denying to send the audit trail report of call and service. If we get audit trail report of mobile we can easily see from when issue occurred.
I am really fed up with this device and think many time i think why should i bought this Samsung instead of this i can buy any brand phone phone cost of 5 to 6 k might be i will not face any problem. I did a blunder mistake to bought Samsung.
Moreover i am not getting any proper resolution from Samsung.
Hence I request you to please arrange for full free service of my mobile or replace my mobile.
Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution.
