[Resolved] Samsung Mobile Issue — i have issue with mobile screen to attend calls and unlock the mobile. | |||
dear sir, I had bought Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 Mobile on 8 Jan 2014. Mobile is having issue with touch keypad issue- i.e. auto typing and auto attending and closing call. Issue persist from feb 2014. Mobile display has been changed for 2 times and OS reloaded for 8 times at Samsung service center at Pondicherry. Mobile has been used by my brother at pondicherry(Mr. Anabarasu; Mobile No.[protected]). He is not able to use the mobile. Please expedite to solve the issue or to provide replacement. I had been using this serviced mobile for last two weeks, still i have issue with mobile screen to attend calls and unlock the mobile. Please help to provide replacement for this faulty mobile.
