First issue was, almost incoming calls, sound used to get lower, after 30 seconds, no sound. So i could hear nothing. Noorie telecom had rectified error through software, mobile fuctioning remained normal for 15 days Again after 15 days, sound is too low on almost incoming calls. No ring tome on many incoming calls on whats app My appeal to samsung, please exchange this handset. I am tired. I am aged 73+ Was this information helpful? | |||
