Samsung Mobile — Mobile did not open

I have purchased Samsung A 5 in last 1 month, one night i put it in front of cooler then next morning its not working even did not on/start. service centre is saying water has been passed in this & charge 14, 000/ for repairing. how it possible that without water contact, water passed in phone. Kindly repair my phone as soon as possible, its under warranty period, its a new one, only 1 month old. Kindly reply as soon as possible, i m alwaz very trust worthy abt samsung but this time service centre response is very hope less . kindly help me..
