Samsung Mobile — Mobile HandSet Having Crash ISSUE | |||
1 Month before I purchased a Samsung Grand Prime. From the very first day UI of phone crashed and after that notification does not go after clean and after reading msg and all and Brighness sign remain Constant on lock screen. I have visited Samsung Center but no resolution found. First time they said software issue. 2nd time they are saying you have installed uber and all these app creating issue. I uninstall those app. still having same issue. 3rd time they replaced Mother board but issue is same. 4th time they Depost the phone.Now from last 3day mobile is at samsung center. Today I go to take it back in same condition and when they give it to me than I found the Camera Glass Broken. They are not ready to accept it that its done by them they are saying its already broken. If it was already broken than they should write it in my job sheet as they have mentioned about the small dent on my body also. Now they are saying me to prove that it was broken by them and the crash issue is also same. I am visiting samsung service center from last 8 days in gurgaon. Was this information helpful? | |||
