Dear Sir,
It is with extreme pain and disgust I write this email to you. I have purchased Note 4 on March 29th, 2015. Few days back I had to take it to repair centre as it had stopped working. After repeared attempts to call the The service centre, the technician informs me that the mother board is fused and need to replace it.
If after paying 60, 000 Rupees, does not get me a normal working phone then what will. After two months I donot want a repaired piece + he tells me all data will be lost??
Kindly arrange to refund or replace the piece. I am sure the company would not want me to take extreme steps of going to consumer courts and media.
To give a Headsup, I was using Note 2 last year and that also had few serious issues. I upgraded to Note 4 thinking my issues will be solved and I get a bad experience again.
I expect a positive response from a trusted company's CEO.
