[Resolved]  Samsung — Mobile model SM-M215FZBDINS

Address:house no 1/2 sector 1 ext PAMPOSH COLONY JANIPUR JAMMU 180007

My mobile has defectpower/overheat while whats app video call within 10 to 15 minutes and it gets stopped.I visited samsung centre jammu twice on 220621 and 240621 but they are unable to resolve it. The set is within warranty.As such it may be replaced and the old set may be kept for research work.I am not in a position to visit your centre of and often.
