Samsung — Mobile order not delivered

I ordered mobile A22 through Samsung estore online on 5th Aug. Delivery estimated was 11th Aug. Mobile has not been delivered today and no clarity given on the reason behind this issue. Several times complain was logged to Samsung through various channels but no solution till date. Cancelled the order however still not money is not refunded.

I have contacted Samsung customer service center several times and many a times the executive comes online and requests to put my call on hold and then does not turn up and I have been kept waiting. Eventually call gets disconnected without customer executive turning up to give a resolution. Pathetic service support- not expected from a company of Samsung repute.
