Dear sir,
i purchase a Samsung M53 mobile in Samsung India online on 20/07/2022 and they are fail to deliver in time and i cancelled my order in 26/07/2022. I got Rs.299 as partial amount on 26/07/2022. i called many times to customer care and raised my complaint many times up to now my remaining amount not refunded.
my order id-[protected].
so please rectify the issue as early as possible.
