Samsung — Mobile phone submitted to Samsung Service Center, they made it faulty and refusing to repair it | |||
I submitted my Samsung galaxy S3 for charging related issue to Samsung's Care and Care Authorized service center, Allahabad, Civil Lines, on 11th April, 2016 bill no. [protected]. When i went there to receive my phone they said it was not switching on but when i submitted my phone it was in perfect condition except for charging issue. I told this issue to Center manager and he said issue with my mobile will be resolved by 18th. On 18th i went their .and they made my phone's camera faulty as it was showing error 'Failed to open camera'. I filed my complaint to Samsung Customer Care with complaint no. and they said my issue will be resolved within 24 Hours. But it has been more than 10 Days and my phone is still with them. Now service center is not picking my call and customer care is telling me to keep my patience. I also complaint them on face book page and twitter still no action has been taken.
