[Resolved]  Samsung — Mobile-S20 Plus Battery Drainage issue

I have bought a mobile phone S20 plus on 25th of October 2020, and have faced battery drainage issue ever since. I have been getting 4 hrs of on Screen time which is a shame for 4500mah battery. For the first 2 weeks I thought that may be the adaptive battery usage option on mobile should be given some time to get data and start working but I had the same results even after 2 weeks. The phone would not last more than 4 hrs. I went to the Customer Service center first on 6th of Nov 2020, but they refused to take the phone in and said that this phone will give just that much of life. Next I wrote to CEO mail of Samsung following which i was contacted by service head Ashish Kumar and was assured that he will look in to it and made me submit my phone in the customer service center on 13th of Nov, 2020. Since then i an given tentative dates like 2 more days one more day the case has been escalated to Senior and Blah Blah. Ashish transferred me to Manisha who told me that they have done a YouTube testing on phone and for 4 hrs. the batter dropped just 28%. I told her the phone is not for YouTube. you need to place a sim in it and use it for various other purposes that eventually uses the CPU GPU to the normal level and not just YouTube which eventually would not you CPU much over a WIFI connection. And after taking a week Manisha transferred me to Sonia Uphadya who eventually is the VOC for SAMSUNG, trust me she doesn't even know what VOC stands for as she wont listen to you and shakes the voice of customers foundations. In the very first conversation i had asked her to provide me with the testing results for me to believe that they have actually tested things out and not just telling Scam lies. As by the previous test the phone should last at least 16hrs on 100% battery for YouTube only. Which if Samsung Claims is true i will withdraw my claim. Next after another week taken by Sonia I don't know what kind of testing they where doing. I called up customer care in between and they confirmed that they have found the battery issue in the phone and now they have gone for technical support team for comments, and just yesterday Sonia came up calling saying the Phone is tested fine, When asked about what kind of testing was done she saying its confidential. I asked her if its my phone how is it confidential. No response. Then I send her a mail explaining what the customer care has said earlier and I have a call recording for the same in my phone. The Job sheet number is [protected]. Further when I had the Phone I had taken some screen shots of my battery stats and posted it on Samsung Members app for future reference.

Update#3rd Nov - Well as expected no results and no update. As mentioned Sonia uphadhya had been asked by me to share the battery results but no nothing ever since. Could not connect with her on her extension i guess my number is blocked now. Had registered a call request from sonia with the customer care but nothing yet. Below i am attaching my conversation with Sonia since she last called but no reply yet. I guess they are just playing the game of he will get tired one day and leave it. But lets see what happens.

There is no update as of now on the complaint i guess they are sleeping. Lets not wake them yet
