Respected sir, I have bought a new samsung galaxy a7 mobile phone last four months.the phone condition was very nice.after two months when i was walking in the road it fell down.it stoped working after i took it to the customer care they have told that the lcd screen has broken for replacing a new one it costs rs.10000.but the front glass screen has no scratches but the lcd screen is broken.this means that they have deliver a duplicate lcd screen sir.please do the needful sir.
