Samsung Mobile — Samsung phone battery problem

Hello Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to complain about the problem which i am facing from last 1 months.Actually i bought my samsung mobile model number Samsung GT-E1200ZKYINS in July 2015. but i started getting problem of battery backup from sept 2015.then i visited samsung service center to this problem. they said battery liquid problem we con't claimed in warranty. problem was still same.i again complaint for that same problem. but this time they refused me to take any action for my phone problem. and asked me to pay of cost, to get it fixed. but if my phone is in warranty why should i pay for the problem. even after 2 months they told me that to some liquid in it. but i am sure if there is liquid in the phone it will definitely will not work not for a single minute.
