HI, I had a samsung mobile Galaxy E5, purchase on 03/04/2015. From last few days, i am facing outgoing voice problem in my mobile. I had deposited my mobile to your service center on 06/10/2015 against the complaint no. [protected]. The mobile have outgoing voice problem and because of the same, I am not able to use my mobile phone. The service center had told me to solve the problem in one and and told me to give the mobile on 07/10/2015, but today is 10/10/2015 and they told me that they will not able to open the cover of the mobile and giving several reason.
