[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — SERVICE CHARGES ARE HIGH | |||
I bought a Samsung Galaxy in 2013 and during the warranty period the touch screen got broken in an accident and that time when i approached the Service Centre that time which was in Tambaram Sanatorium they told it will not be covered under warranty and told the repair cost will be Rs.5, 500/- for LED and Touch Screen that time i was not given it for service and I gave the same last month that is Dec 2014 and now the service centre shifted to Tambaram and i gave the same for service and it was done and they are telling the bill is Rs.7, 900/- instead of Rs.5, 500/- Hence i am requesting you to kindly take necessary steps to reduce the service charges since the mobile cost of the same is reduced than it was in 2013 when i bought that.
