Samsung Mobile — Touch replaced 3 times but not proeprly fix. | |||
I purchased Samsung mobile Grand 2 on dated 05/03/14. Within one year and five months it has been repaired more than five times. Two times for bubbles problem and three times for touch not fixed properly. Now, again I am facing the problem of touch not fixed properly at top. I do not want to go for repair this time. I, therefore, request your goodself to either change my set with new one or refund my money. My experience with this set is very embarrassing and perhaps I would not suggest anyone to go for Samsung Mobile. Kindly look into my complaint and do the needful as early as possible.
