[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — unethical behaviour and vicious circle of service from customer acre to service centre | |||
Dear sir I am using samsung mobile since 2004 and never changed the branch due to durability. I have purchased a mobile on[protected] with my hard earned money with same enthusiasm. However i ended up with technical issues after 3 month of purchase. I made a complaint to customer care and the dealer about the charging issue. I gave my handset to barshi service centre and they formatted the same without creating job sheet. Again i got issues and new issue of moisture also started. I called up customer care and they again insisted me to visit service centre, i did the same and they re - formatted handset. Customer care made a concall with service centre. After few days issues added up with heating too. I followed up customer care and they insisted me to visit service centre again. I got transferred to mumbai and visited omkar electronics, vashi navi mumbai and they resolved my issue and finally created job sheet too. But in this period due to heating and charging issue my back panel got completely faded and i requested to change the same, but service centre informed me to get approval from customer care. I finally lodged complaint via mail to samsung customer care, again they told to visit service centre and create a new job sheet. Meanwhile my mobile handset screen was damaged. I approached service centre and informed about my back panel and screen issue. Omkar electronics, authorosed service centre insisted for invoice copy for the first time as it was under warranty, which they and barshi service centre never asked before. Finally again i visited customer care and submitted the invoice in original along with my id proof. They said we can not repair the handset as the invoice is hand written and submitted job sheet. I requested them to provide complaint register which they said " we dont have complaint register nor grievance conatct with us. I request you please help me in solving this prolong issue. I am harassed mentally bu samsung customer care and service centre continuously. Hope you will help as its a last resort as a consumer for me. My conatct no [protected].
