Sir, My name is Vinay Tyagi ang I have purchased a phone (Samsung 1282 BLACK) on 04th SEPTEMBER 2013.However from the very first day I am approaching to the owner of the Globel engineering (Samsung service centre) to get the phone ok as it is not working (Incoming voice problem) properly.He always says me that leave your phone here, I will use it and if anyissue will be there than we will get it solved but when I go back to him after few hours and some times after few days, He says me that your phone is working properly.We even get it serviced through the Samsung service centre (Globle engineering) but they did not handle the request seriously and I am seriously dis-satisfy from the phone and even the services provided to me in the service center, If cellphone might have been stopped incoming voice after few days than I must have thought that this issue is caused by me but it is happening from the moment I have purchased the phone.I am going to your service center again to again but not solve my problem. I am mentally and physically harassed by company”s poor services and too much face pain about services I want replaced my mobile handset. I am very disturbed about it. kindly take priority action and provide result Please look into this matter and help me. I want replace my handset as soon as possible please.
