Samsung Mobiles — Complaint for glass breakage while charging and warming of handset | |
To whomsoever it may concern, With the due respect wish you to please draw your attention, I am shubhi Joshi from nagpur and i have purchased a new samsung s3 neo on +GT-I9300I ON 7/5/2014 S/N I9300IDDUAND2
and this phone goes extremely warm and last week phone was on charging and its screen got crack suddenly when i took the phone to customer service they said i need to replace my glass with LED and its a physical damage
how it can be a physical damage as the led is working perfectly fine. and the soo called gorilla glass got a cracked.this is my 5 th samsung phone i purchased and they said it needs to be replaced with screen and it will cost me 7500 rs and as the phone cost is just 22500. As i mailed on customer service id - support.[protected]@samsung.com but the customer service executive was not ready to listen the actual problem with hardware ...and she did not attended the call properly and cut down the call. please call me on ashik shubhi - [protected], [protected], nagpur Was this information helpful? | |

The issue is not resolved yet as i got a call from the customer service and they made a false commitment they will resolve the issue and sent a link and will forward the issue to concerned department.
