FRAUD ACTIVITES IN SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER

I have purchase a Samsung Grand Prime 02/09/15 And this is my worst decision of my life, because after few days of purchase my handset is showing some abnormal behaviors which I have never seen on any set and also not expected from the brand like samsung. In my set signals anre full but when any one try to contact me my number is shown not reachable.
First I approach the vodafone service providers, then change the sim but result is same. Then I approach the Samsung service centre in Ashok Vihar and they make me fool by just change a mobile network setting which I have already do it. But Still the problem is same.
Complaint :- 1 (17-Dec-15)
Then I again visit to samsung and force them to do better action then only they receive my handset on 17-Dec-2015, and return my set after 2 days by just saying that they have change the Motherboard. The executive name Abhishek from Ashok Vihar Samsung Branch Delhi, is making me fool by saying that they have change the motherboard, But can anyone tell me that if motherboard is change then how it is possible that my previous mails and data is still in the handset when I first open it.
Abhishek after service replay:- We Have change the motherboard, now your problem is completely resolved
And also I am gifted with a new problem of Charging in which my handset is slowly charge and completely switchoff after 30% of battery
This act is not expected by the brand like samsung
Still my problem is same but due to cristmas and new year I am not able to approach the branch again,
But in this time many of my friends & bussiness associates are compaling me that most of time my number is not reachable.
Because of this poor Samsung service my client tale is effecting
Complaint:- 2 (4-Jan-16)
Then I again visit the Ashok vihar store on 4 Jan 2016 (on token number 38). I again meet the super engineer Mr. Abhishek and said that I am loosing my credebility in business because of this set, and said that take this handset and resolve the problem and note the complaint.
At that time I heard an unexpected response which shows that ashok vihar center is working like thiefs, Mr. Abhishek said that I will take your set but not give you the reciept or register the Re-Complain, I will give you after 2 days without register the compalin.
Then I ask him what happen when you forgot me after 2 days or not give my handset, then he said then you can take back your handset we are not resolve this problem,
After my insist he gave me a hand written note of accepting of my handset, Because I have No Option so I accept it
SUCH A FRAUD LIKE ACTIVITY FROM THE WORLD FAMOUS BRAND
THIS PROOF THAT SAMSUNG IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY AND COMPANIES WHOLE STAFF IS A FRAUDSTRES
Complaint:- 3 (6-Jan-16)
When I come back to Ashok Vihar service Center and ask for my handset they at one time Abhishek forgot my face when I show the hand written reciept then he remember me and said that my handset is not ready. After realizing my fault of not taking the origional reciept and this act I force him to make the reciept and give me a additional Handset for regular use then after my long fight they give me the reciept
Then on 7-Jan-16 they call me that my handset is ready, then I visit the service center and collect my handset, But when I open my handset after a long time my network is showing blank, I show the problem to Abhishek on the spot and He said that, this is the first time after service you are opening the handset that’s why network is not visible.
He advise me to restart the handset, and when I restart the handset problem is same. After 3 restart my network is visible. When I left the service center after little spam my networks are completely vanish every time I have to restart the handset.
Abhishek after service replay:- We Have change the motherboard, now your problem is completely resolved
SO MY QUESTIONS IS VERY SIMPLE
IS IT FAIR TO EXPECT A GENUINE SERVICE FROM THE BRAND LIKE YOU WHICH HAVE FRAUDSTERS EMPLOYEES WHO ARE GIVING HAND WRITTEN NOTE ON AS A RECEIVING
A TOTAL FRAUD ACTS ARE GOING IN SAMSUNG
WHAT I DO WITH MY HANDSET SHOULD I THROUGH IT OR EXPECT THAT MY PROBLEM CAN RESOLVE
With fraud employees and fraud service centers, I don’t know how you reach on top rank, But one thing I am sure you cant retain no 1 position for long time
You can cross examine all this act by CCTV footage of the service center
HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM Was this information helpful? |
