We are DIVYA and ANU (ENGG STUDENTS) daughters of T.GANAPATHI (working in Royal Enfield in marketing service department for past thirty years). This is to inform you that we purchased a Samsung television in the sathya retail store, Madipakkam before 15 months (DATE: 13/10/2013) and now we got an issue of display problem in the television.

TOTAL COST: 61, 900
We are now greatly disappointed that within 15 months we got a serious problem in the display panel.we registered the complaint and the service engineer from SAMSUNG has found the issue and gave estimation of the defected part for RS 22, 033/- .We are not ready to spend this amount. The product worth RS-61, 900 will be valid only for 15 months..?? We finished our EMI by the last month in SRIRAM FINANCE they didn’t return even the cheque (ICICI CHEQUE NO: 208874 TO 208877= 4 BLANK CHEQUE).
My father bought the television by our pressure ups continuously so he has to take up a loan with Shiram finance due this manufacturing issues we are getting misunderstanding among family. At least we would have invest this money in Gold as it will be a permanent assets and its value for long period.
As all our family members are working we didn’t even find time to use the television properly and there are no children’s in our home to handle the television roughly or damage it physically. Moreover our television is supported with the reputed stabilizer to support the power fluctuation without all these problem the product got the defect is the issue with the quality???? Or the particular product delivered to us????
We have done the survey of 3 months before buying the television and done many comparisons with the dealers and their service with the product and last found the Samsung product thought of it is good quality but we got disappointed about this manufacturing defect.
We already used Samsung television for Ten years and also bought new washing machine recently (top load (FATL) WA85BWMEH/XTL) in Vijay electronics (D/S- 4/01/14, INVOICE NUMBER: VEL/SI/3377) and all our mobiles are Samsung Product only. Past 15 year we are using Samsung brand.
We currently using Kalaingar television (supplied by Government of Tamil Nadu) Past 7 year it is working in good condition and still we are using the same.
We spend hardened money of Rs 61, 900 for just 17months usage is this fair from your side?????
So request you to take back the Product and return us our money with interest.
