Samsung — Motherboard issue in Samsung f41 just after 13 months

Last year 05-01, 2021, I bought a Samsung galaxy F41, for last 1YR (That is warranty period) it was working fine but just after 1 month of warranty period, it got crashed. I took to Samsung service center and they informed mother board issue and ask to pay Rs 7000/-. I Investigate via Internet on Samsung complaints website . Approximately lot of persons complaining about the same issue. We didn't expecting these from reputed company like SAMSUNG. This is quite understandable that motherboard is not likely to get damaged in 13 months. Even cheap mobiles phones of local brand stand for at least 3 years. Sir, Kindly help us to get a new defect free phone. It will be very kind of you if your customer get positive and satisfactory action from you. Please find the bill as attached. Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 26, 2022 Updated by MeenuSingh92 I have talked to Samsung support, they denied with any kind of help except paying 7k. While I know lots of ppl who got free replacement of motherboard when phone is out of warranty.

Having same problem,
I have talked to Samsung support, they denied with any kind of help except paying 7k.
While I know lots of ppl who got free replacement of motherboard when phone is out of warranty.
Samsung is not more reliable now!!!
