[Resolved] Samsung — My ac compressor burnt due to service person fault | |||
I am from patna having a samsung window ac. Due to improper/low cooling(Compressor stops after every 5-6 min), i logged a service order no:[protected] on 23rd april 2016. Mechanic came on 25th april 2016 for check the issue and did not identified the problem. On 26th april 2016 another mechanic came and take away the pcb with him, on 27th april 2016 pcb has been fitted in ac and charged rs. 1700 as repairing and service charge which i have paid. But problem not resolved again i informed the issue immediately. Then he removed a device from compressor( later known that device as overload protector) and run the ac. After this ac has started working and after few hours of running, compressor has been burnout. Now the service center telling "compressor has been burnt" we can not do anything, you have to replace it. Actually compressor burnt due to service center fault as they removed the overload protector and run the ac without proper knowledge and also change the pcb some parts without needs. So, i need my compressor replaced and money back of my pcb repairing charge. Please do the needful asap.
