Dear Sir/Madam,
We had purchased the fridge on Feb 2, 2021. There has been an issue of water coming out of bottom tray of the refrigerator since then.
The issue is very serious and dangerous - my son had slipped from the fallen water and had got his thumb fractured.
We have been complaining about the issue since June 2021, and were dissatisfied with the response provided.
The product is defective and the problem is not solved even after reporting to the customer care many times.
Now we still are complaining about the issue, registered another complaint on 30 January 2022, but no repair attempt/redressal has still been provided, given the urgency of the situation.
We are very much unsatisfied with the product and the response provided by the samsung customer service team.
Given the dangerousness of the product, urgency of the matter and poor response by customer care, I seek immediate replacement of the fridge. If no replacement, I request to take the fridge away and provide me full refund with the interest.
