This mail is regarding replacement of Samsung tu8000 50 inch tv
21/March 2021 we bought this tv on showroom.
At January 20 2022 we noticed vertical line on screen.
After that we called samsung support and team member told like it's technical issue with panel so we will replace it with warranty.
At the time itself I ask about better TV replacement for this issue.
Because comes under warranty they told like no sir once we change panel again the problem will not come back.
Two days ago again my tv got some problem it's shows like black screen but sound is running in background.
Yesterday technical member check the TV and told like again display problem.
So, Yesterday I contacted Samsung support team regarding problem with tv two times within 6 months.
We connected with both supervisor and technician for problem.
They told like please once again replace the panel this issue won't came further.
But this case I didn't accept this scenario because if we change panel again issue may exists.
There should be big possibility problem with whole TV machine.
But company not providing replacement tv.
They provide only service for display that also not not provide any guarantee for two years.
They told like we can't provide warranty.
Please take action against samsung india
