Samsung — New AC Condenser Problem

I have purchased one 1.0 ton AC of Samsung make on[protected] but after one year 3 months it stopped working i.e no cooling I registered a complaint and service personnel attended and took both indoor and out door to workshop and today informed me that there is problem in condenser I felt sorry that although there is 10 years warranty on compressor but company is not giving any warranty on condenser and I have to again pay for new condenser. I have been using Samsung products since long days but due to this problem only after one year I lost faith on Samsung Product. My AC specification AR5000 series 1.0 Ton Digital Inverter Technology
