I bought an AC from Divya electronics, Nadaun of brand Samsung on July 7, 2021. However after a week of installing it stopped cooling as it was faulty and refrigerant gas leaked out.
It was a manufacturing defect so I raised a complaint and asked for replacement. Engineers visited 3 times to resolve the problem but they were unable to repair it.
They want to give me store coupon for it for which I refused. I asked for refund and they told me to wait a week for that. It's been over a month.
Store people are not responding and customer care always says that request is in process.
I paid Rs.41750 for an expensive fan.
