A double door SAMSUNG FRIDGE was purchased on[protected] and was commissioned on[protected]. (MODEL: RT28A3C22CR). Within a short period of time water started leaking on the back side and the complaint was registered and the service engineer came and assessed as HEATER not functioning and replaced the heater after a couple of days. The service engineer has assured that there will be no problem in future. But as expected ( since the engineer was not able to identify the ROOT CAUSE OF THE ISSUE) the problem again repeated. Though the complaint was registered through TOLLFREE NUMBER on[protected], till[protected] no body attended the problem. Again the problem was registered through tollfree number, it was taken as a fresh complaint. This is highly ridiculous and clearly proves their lathorgicness in resolving the issues.
In my strong opinion NOT ONLY THE SAMSUNG FRIDGE IS UNWORTHY, BUT ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
HEREBY I APPEAL TO SAMSUNG THAT THE EITHER THE PRODUCT TO BE REPLACED WITH ANEW GOOD ONE OR THE AMOUNT ALONG WITH THE PENALTY (DUE TO MENTAL AND OHYSICAL TORTURE ) NEED TO BE PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS. Was this information helpful? |
