Respected sir/madam My self jignesh macwan from gujarat I had purchase new samsung j7 mobile phone on 12/01/2016 with bill and it is faulty in first month I gave it to repair 6 times in Samsung authorize service center Nadiad I complain about this phone to customer care no one give me setisfied answer they told me I have to use that mobile only they will never refund or replace me ... In India we don't have any type of sefty?? They deliver faulty device they how can we use it?? Last time I submitted it on 12/3/16 and since it is in service center they told me now ur devise is complete but I gave it 6 times for repair in service center then how can I use it...
