This is with reference to the complaint raised for my AC (through my registered mobile number, 9XXXXXXX97). The complaint was raised almost one and a half months ago, but till now it’s not been resolved. Every time we are contracting with the helpdesk team and getting the same revert that it will rectify by today,
We have already paid the service charges (Rs. 750) and the advance for the spare parts (Rs. 1600), but the issues have not been resolved.
In this situation, we want to understand what the procedure is to rectify my AC and request that the management team take appropriate action against such irresponsible staff for destroying such a renowned company's reputation. Was this information helpful? |
