Samsung — No response from samsung service centre

Dear Team, I had submitted my samsung TAB at your service center in lucknow via bill no. [protected]. on 20th June they did not check what had happened to the TAB they said to submit it and they will call and let me know, but since last so many days I have NOT received call from the call center that whats the status to my TAB. No one is bothered calling me on this. Secondly the mobile no. and contact no. mentioned on the acknowledge of service request are either switched off and incorrect. Then I called the help line[protected] they were not able to address what had happened to my TAB very pathetic and eventually gave me a complaint no. /ref. no. Please direct your service center at shri Ram Tower to immediately call me. Its so painful seeing position of SAMSUNG. A very prompt revert shall be highly appreciated.
