Samsung — NO response from service center

I was observing some possible minor issues with my Samsung SSD. I for over 3 - 4 days was trying to get in touch with their customer care email.
Everyone was redirecting to other email support.
Finally from one email I got the address and contact number of supertron in Marketyard pune which is the Samsung service center.
I contacted them.
Initially it looked like they are supportive but after initial call, there's no response from them at all.
2 weeks have gone a few reminders and they are providing no support.

Updated by diff_2013 I have somehow managed to solve the issue on my own to the extent possible. In future I will refrain from buying samsung products.
