[Resolved] Samsung — No update on my complaints | |||
The paint inside my microwave oven is peeling. I have complained to Samsung about this TWICE (service orders #[protected] and [protected]) but no action has been taken yet. I was told that the oven would be replaced; but no action has been taken for over a month. I neither have the time nor patience to keep following up with the service engineer. Very disappointing experience with Samsung. Hoping that some action is taken via this written complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 13, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks! I was given a refund on my faulty microwave. This forum has really helped me get in touch with the Samsung escalation team. They called me as soon as I lodged this complaint. They connected me to the service center and speeded up their internal processes to help me get a refund. Thank you very much. Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
