Samsung — Non installation of AC and poor response

Address:Barrackpore-700120, Kolkata (WB)

Samsung split AC (5 star) purchased from Khosla Electronic Pvt Ltd, Barrackpore on 17/04/2023 in the name of Rakhi Biswas which delivered on 24/04/2023. However, not yet installed even after lapse of 09 days despite of repeated requests. The AC supposed to be installed within 24-48 hrs from the date of delivery. The contact person of Samsung service provider giving poor response and ignored repeatedly while calling on mobile. Service booking reference number is [protected]
