[Resolved] Samsung — Non repairable fridge, ref #[protected] | |
I bought 500 litre samsung fridge in 2015, last year that is in Nov 2020, it started giving cooling problem and problem persist and we continued to raise problems. Finally on March 2021 technician said that the fridge cannot be repaired connect with samsung customer care. Customer support suggested that you have used fridge for 5 years that all electronics have life. Now I already suffered a lot and customer service keep delaying things. What is my fault here, why should I suffer, Samsung never said that the product cannot be repaired Does fridge meant to be for 5 years, Fridge was costing around 70k. They should repair the fridge as everything was fine until 3 months back Was this information helpful? | |
