Samsung — NonDelivery Fraud

I had made a purchase of Refrigrator through prepaid online video order number [protected] with assured delivery date on 1 oct 2025 but on tracking page it was mentioned as attempted delivery on 3 oct 2025 the concern was raised through customer care but ever since product delivery date is shifting day by day
And yet to be delivered
The call center customer care has mechanized reply and complaint through online support only mentions looking into problem and get back in 48 hours but no one cares
Esclation mail to griviance officerdesignated online too has no result
Now it appears to be online fraud as tracking lu gistic partner website mentions reschedulling of delete very requested by customer which is false
Money is gone and product is not delete verd
