[Resolved]  Samsung — Not able to redeem Buds Pro offer even after 5 days of purchasing Galaxy S21+

I purchase a Samsung Galaxy S21+ on 05/July/2021 from a Physical Samsung official store. At the time of purchase, They told me I will be able to redeem Galaxy Buds Pro offer after 72hrs of activating my phone. It has been now more than 5 days but I am not able to redeem the offer. Now customer care told me that July offer is not live yet.

I have 2 questions from Samsung India...

1. Why promise 72hours if you know offer is not even live yet?
2. It's already 10th July, When July offer will be live? In August or next year?

Have you been able to redeem the offer?
Same issue.

Bought S21 plus and S21 Ultra.

Not able to redeem the buds Pro as on date.

Samsung customer support is making vague excuses every time I have been calling

Its been 27th july i have not been able to redeem the offer. They told me the offer would be live by 27th july.
