Samsung — Not Getting Service on my AC | |||
Hi, I have purchased a AC from authorised Samsung shop in kolkata on 6th April 2014. After 3 months Samsung engineer came to my address and do services of my AC without giving any complain and request. He told me he will give more 2 free services. After my AC warrenty expire, i got a call from samsung, They told me our AC free services expire. I called to customer care several time but they did not get give proper solution. My Question is: 1. Why i am not getting services? 2. Why engineer visited my address without any request and inform to me he will come again for free service.
