I ordered online an Samsung Air Purifier as below:

I didnt receive the item. They didnt contact me and let me know. When complained, they initiated a refund.
After getting the money, I ordered the item again as below:
Order Number: [protected]Order Date: 1/18/2021, 10:11:27 PM
Again I didnt receive the order, when checked they said your order was cancelled. And they will refund the money. After multiple followups, I got 2499. The price is 10990.
I ordered online and I live in Australia. So I can only chat or write emails. They are not helping me. I now wrote to their CEO on this.
Please register my complaint and help me to resolve this issue. I need to get my refund and they need to compensate me with an amount equivalent of the price of the product atleast for the mental distress I have been made to go through.
