Samsung — Not repairing under warranty

We purchased a refrigerator last year the warranty gets over on 18 October 2015 . we made a complaint on 17 October 2015 to the dealer from whom we purchased. now the Samsung is not considering our claim because they are saying we did not make the complaint on time. we have spent our hard earned money a sum of Rs .68500 on the fridge. we hope for justice. its been 1 year the paint is puffed up. so what could happen after two years. we request the consumer complaint forum to ask Samsung to repair our refrigerator and resolve our issue at the earliest. purchase date on 18/10/2015 model no. RT56H667ESL AMOUNT RS. 68500
