I ordered a 394 liter Refrigerator from Samsung corporate portal and was delivered on April 2. The engineer came for installation and upon unpacking, found the item to be damaged and defective. I submitted a return and replace requests on the same day. They declined to replaces it and said they will return the item . Today is April 24 and Samsung has neither picked up the damaged item nor has refunded the money.
I have called them 50 times and they just keep lying or say they will resolve it at the earliest. 3 weeks have passed already.
I want to move legally if they don not return the money.
